Industrial Sites
Chetek's city owned industrial park is complete with sewer and
water. There are 33.83 total acres are available. Price is negotiable
per acre. Adjustments to the purchase price are made for job
creation and investment. The final total cost per acre depends on
the number of jobs and the overall investment.
An estimate of the cost for a 10 acre site includes:
Land 10 acres @ $20,000/ acre $200,000
Building Value Credit $5000/100,000 value (5000x12) 60,000
Job Creation Credit $5000 per job (30x5000) 150,000

In addition to the Wisconsin Department of Commerce Financing
programs, the City of Chetek is part of the West Central Regional
Revolving Loan Fund. Chetek's Economic Development Foundation is

Chetek. There is approximately 12.83 acres available, across parcels
